Application Support includes access to the Operations Manual process which simplifies the creation of your own Operations Manual. It also sets up your application to the CAA for an Operational Authorisation – previously known as a Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO).
Having an approved Operations Manual is a requirement of an Operational Authorisation. We not only check your documentation but we also make sure the CAA application is correctly filled out.
