Cookie and Privacy Policy

This is relatively boring but quite important, so please read it if you have concerns about how we are using your information.

We also may use third party cookies, such as Google Analytics, to assist with analysing performance. If you do not agree to this information being stored, please do not access our website. Please view this Cookies and Google Analytics on Websites page for more details.

2. Personal information

Obviously, during a query or a purchase we may request contact and other information. We may keep this on record to facilitate future communications. As I personally take my own privacy very seriously, please be assured that we will take great care with information supplied and will not pass it on to third parties unless it is necessary to facilitate our work. If we do share information with third parties we will obtain your consent first.

3. Emails

We will do our best to ensure that the content of emails received remains private. Any emails sent are meant to be received by the named recipient and, if you receive an incorrect email as a result of an error by us, please securely delete it and inform us of our error.

4. We're only human

Please accept that the crew at The Aerial Academy are human and sometimes make mistakes. We try not to, but occasionally it does happen. If we make a mistake please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to rectify it.

5. Do we fly surveillance drones?

At present we do not fly for any surveillance purposes. We only fly where we have permission from a land-owner for take off as this is part of the conditions of our CAA permission for aerial work. If in the future we consider carrying out work for the Police or emergency services we will always ensure that the privacy rights of the general, law abiding public are as well protected as possible. Like any technology, UAVs have the potential to be exploited for negative purposes and we won't be the ones who do that!
