UK DRONE AND TECHNOLOGY SHOW 2018 PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms carefully before entering the UK Drone and Technology Show 2018 prize draw. By entering, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these Terms. The Terms shall be deemed to be accepted when you have completed and submitted the competition form. The promoter is www.dronetraining.co.uk, operated by Drone Training Ltd (trading as The Aerial Academy) with company number 09343477, its registered office at Evolution House Iceni Court, Delft Way, Norwich, Norfolk, England, NR6 6BB, UK.

Terms

1. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Drone Training Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. (Please note, to hold a UK PFCO you must be aged 18 or over)

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6. The prize draw closes at 23:59 on Sunday 16th December 2018. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.

11. The prize is as follows: One place on a scheduled full PFCO Course at either the Norwich or Swansea training base. This prize would normally cost £950+VAT (£1140).

If you already hold a PFCO, the prize can be exchanged for a one year membership to our subscription service and a day of CPD flight training at our Norwich or Swansea location.

Please note, Drone Training Ltd is not responsible for additional costs associated with holding a UK PFCO or for accommodation or travel to the training location. Please ensure that you are happy with these additional costs before entering.

12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents on Monday 17th December 2018. The winner will be notified by email by 17:00 on Monday 17th December.

14. If the winner choses not to accept the prize the random selection process will be repeated. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. The course must be taken by June 30th 2019.

16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Drone Training Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with The Aerial Academy Privacy Policy.

23. Drone Training Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

24. Drone Training Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise outside of its control.
